A home inspection is an examination of a home and typically part of the sales process. The inspection can occur prior to the home being listed or once there is an agreement to purchase pending a home inspection. This allows both the buyer and seller to be more informed regarding the property.
Home inspections are completed typically within 3-4 hours once they have been scheduled. Prior to the inspection date, you will need to sign the Home Inspection Agreement document. After the inspection has been completed, you will receive a detailed report via email regarding the findings of the inspection.
All home inspections include infrared testing, moisture testing and air quality testing.
We use a drone in order to be able to inspect roofs more efficiently. Drones allow us to view areas of the roof that are not as accessible so we can have a more accurate view of the condition the roof is in. I am Part 107 Certified to operate a drone for home inspections.
